以宏景塔一矿回采工作面为研究对象,基于切顶卸压无煤柱自动成巷技术原理,采用数值模拟计算和现场实测的方法,对该矿成巷段巷道围岩支承压力分布及围岩变形规律进行分析。研究结果表明:随着工作面向前推进,巷道围岩支承压力呈先增大后减小最后趋于稳定的变化趋势,支承压力稳定值为13.5 MPa;受工作面回采动压的影响,距离工作面70 m以内,锚索受力急剧增大到恒阻值、巷道围岩变形明显;距离工作面70~150 m,锚索受力迅速减小、巷道围岩变形逐渐变缓;在距离工作面150 m之后,锚索受力仅有微量变化、巷道围岩变形趋于稳定。因此确定支护体回撤保守安全位置为工作面后方150 m。工程实践表明:所设支护体回撤距离能够应对巷道围岩变形,成巷效果良好。  相似文献

Depletion of fossil fuels and stringent emission norms focus attention to discover an evitable source of alternative fuel in order to attribute a significant compensation on conventional fuels. Besides, waste management policies encourage the valorization of different wastes for the production of alternative fuels in order to reduce the challenges of waste management. In this context, pyrolysis has become an emerging trend to convert different wastes into alternate fuel and suitable to be used as a substitute fuel for CI engines. The current investigation provides a sustainable and feasible solution for waste plastic management by widening the gap between global plastic production and plastic waste generation. It investigates the performance and emission of a single cylinder DI four stroke diesel engine using waste plastic oil (WPO) derived from pyrolysis of waste plastics using Zeolite-A as catalyst. Engine load tests have been conducted taking waste plastic oil and subsequently a blend of waste plastic oil by 10%, 20%, and 30% in volume proportions with diesel as fuel. The performance of the test engine in terms of brake thermal efficiency is found marginally higher and brake specific fuel consumption comparatively lowest for 20% WPO-diesel blend than pure diesel. The NOx and HC emission is found lower under low load condition and became higher by increasing the load as compared to diesel. Fuel exergy was significantly increasing after blending of WPO with pure diesel, but exergetic efficiency of the blended fuels followed the reverse trend. However, increase in load of the engine improved the exergetic efficiency. The 20% WPO–diesel blended fuel is found suitable to be used as an alternative fuel for diesel engine.  相似文献

采用双相区加速冷却法(加速冷却始冷温度为700 ℃)对X80管线钢进行热处理,获得了贝氏体和铁素体(B+F)双相组织。然后通过组织表征、力学性能测试以及在3.5wt%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性进行研究。结果表明:热处理后获得的管线钢组织由板条状贝氏体、多边形铁素体及少量马氏体/奥氏体岛组成。与热处理前相比,(B+F)双相管线钢屈强比较低,为0.65,初始加工硬化指数为0.31,均匀伸长率达8.3%,塑性显著提升;双相组织中含有52.4%的铁素体,因而耐腐蚀性明显提高。通过双相区加速冷却法获得的(B+F)两相组织在塑变过程中发生协调变形,可以适应大变形的需求,同时耐蚀性优异,为大变形管线钢实际生产提供一定的借鉴。  相似文献

为确定ZrO2/莫来石热障涂层的单层最佳厚度,采用有限元技术研究单层厚度对ZrO2/莫来石热障涂层热冲击应力的影响。结果表明,莫来石层厚度为0.25mm时,涂层表面及ZrO2/莫来石界面处具有最大热应力,而其它莫来石层厚度时涂层内部热应力则受莫来石层厚度影响不明显。当ZrO2层厚度为0.3mm时,ZrO2/莫来石涂层中的热应力在整个横向距离范围内保持稳定,而其它情况下涂层中的热应力则与ZrO2层厚度成正比。涂层表面处的径向热应力大于ZrO2/莫来石界面处的对应值。  相似文献

In this study, we have proposed an automated classification approach to identify meaningful patterns in wind field data. Utilizing an extensive simulated wind database, we have demonstrated that the proposed approach can identify low‐level jets, near‐uniform profiles, and other patterns in a reliable manner. We have studied the dependence of these wind profile patterns on locations (eg, offshore vs onshore), seasons, and diurnal cycles. Furthermore, we have found that the probability distributions of some of the patterns depend on the underlying planetary boundary layer schemes in a significant way. The future potential of the proposed approach in wind resource assessment and, more generally, in mesoscale model parameterization improvement is touched upon in this paper.  相似文献

Persistent scatterer interferometry (PSI) is a major advancement in radar interferometry for detecting and monitoring land deformation. PSI is the most advanced class of differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar (DInSAR) techniques. The technique conquers the main drawbacks of the conventional DInSAR technique by identifying radar targets having stable backscattering characteristics in time. These targets are termed as persistent scatterers (PSs). The higher the number of PSs for a study area the higher the accuracy of the results will be, which is most common for deformation analysis in urban areas. However, for non-urban or highly de-correlated areas, PSs density collapses significantly, which needs to increase for optimal results. For this purpose, partially coherent/distributed scatterers (DSs) are being exploited in addition to the PSs. The field surface of this study is one of the copper-rich mining belts in India, which consists of two major underground metal mines. Scatterer characterziation of the field surface under study suggests that most of the scatterers are DSs and very few scatterers under the influence of the mining zone are PSs. In addition to this, a preliminary investigation of deformation characteristics of the field surface under study reveals that the spatial extent of deformation is small/localized along with slow and non-linear deformation. Keeping in view scatterer and deformation characteristics of the field surface under study, in this research paper, a Quasi-Persistent Scatterer based PSI approach has been applied using high-resolution TerraSAR-X interferometric data stack (10 images) to generate deformation time series and deformation velocity. Furthermore, results obtained from the applied PSI approach and ground-based observations (using GNSS) have shown good agreement with each other, in the order of ?5.20?mm/year (LOS) and ?5.38?mm/year (subsiding), respectively.  相似文献

完全匹配层边界条件存在两个问题,一是如何减少实际应用带来的额外存储量以及提升计算速度,另一个是如何提升匹配层的吸收效果。对于第一个问题发展了多种非分裂形式,本文采用一种直接对波场进行变换的新型非分裂方法,相比卷积完全匹配层具有不改变方程的形式以及易于实现等优势。对于如何进一步提升完全匹配层吸收效果,没有太大的进展。这是因为离散差异使匹配层的吸收问题更为复杂,一般采取增加匹配层层数的措施缩小离散差,但是又会导致计算量和存储量的增加。本文以在不增加匹配层层数以及不减小理论误差的情况下减小离散差异所带来的虚假反射为目的,分析传统的衰减因子,研究匹配层的吸收机理,设计新的衰减因子,以提高完全匹配层的吸收性能。新衰减因子能够进一步削弱虚假反射振幅,在匹配层层数为5~20层时,对应的边界反射振幅只有改进前的40%~80%。  相似文献

The deformation and stress distribution of cast iron Yankee dryer caused by outside linear load, inside steam pressure and self-gravity were calculated by numerical simulation with ANSYS software. The deformation curve of the linear load area was obtained and compared with the deformation in the actual working process. The surface profile of dryer was optimized and the deformation and stress of the optimized dryer were calculated and compared with the that of before optimization. The flame front deformation instability of low-velocity filtration combustion within an inert packed bed is studied based on the initial preheating non-uniformity. Based on the experimental phenomena, an initial thermal perturbation model is numerically proposed so as to predict the deformation behaviors of the flame front instabilities. The numerical prediction indicates that the assumption of an initial thermal perturbation is a feasible explanation as the cause of the flame front inclination instability. As the initial thermal perturbation increases, the phenomena of the flame front break and shrinking instabilities could easily occur at high filtration velocity or low equivalence ratio. Moreover, the evolutions of the flame front break rate and the shrinking rate are quantitatively analyzed.  相似文献
